If you have an
extended lunch hour or you feel the "flu" coming on (wink, wink), sip
cocktails and enjoy appetizers at this mid-day happy hour at Asia De Cuba

parking too! After you sober up, you may hear the pool calling you, this
is the last day that you can answer at the Beverly Hills
Hotel Poolside Soiree Series from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00
p.m. Sometimes, you want to dance the stress of the week away and you can
do so at the free Dance Downtown
event, starting at 6:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Get there early and you can pack
a picnic if you want! For dinner, if you're in a Hollywood mood, have dinner at
Eva Longoria's Beso in
Hollywood and use this discount.
Saturday, August 25th
During the rest
of Saturday, there will be many festivals delighting you around town and a
couple of them are wrapping it up for this summer :-( For those on the
east side of town, the 2nd Annual Echo Park
Rising, an all-day live music festival with food and independent art
from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Beginning at 2:00 p.m. and going until 10:00
p.m., the last day for the Hester Street
Fair in Hollywood. Enjoy shopping at this indie craft market,
complete with food, craft cocktail garden, and DJs! If you're in the Downtown
area, Chinatown Summer Nights is
having it's last event for the summer from 5:00 p.m. to midnight with food
trucks, DJs, live music, craft beer garden, cooking demos, and kids activities!
Sunday, August 26th
Wake up and head
to Malibu for Serenity Sundays --> 8:00 a.m. donation yoga, followed by a
light breakfast at Gladstones.

Perhaps you wanna
party the rest of the weekend, then you can choose between the Do Over in Hollywood from 2:00 p.m. to
10:00 p.m., Red Cup
Sunday in Downtown from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., or Social
Sundays in Santa Monica from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The rest of the
day is a fantasy foodies day at the 2nd Annual L.A. Epicurean Festival in
Downtown L.A. Tickets are $100, but if you want to pay a little less, click here.
